Your stay at Hotel Europa will be definitively confirmed as soon as both parties (Hotel Reservations Office and Guest) have received a confirmation email. A deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay is required, which must be sent via bank transfer or by communicating the credit card details after completing the form that you can find by clicking below.

• Use of Nordic walking poles, hiking backpacks, snowshoes;
• 8-seater van, for transfers in the municipality of Asiago, regulated by appointment and upon reaching a minimum number.

• Room service: starting from € 5.00 per person;
• Babysitting service, on request;
• 8-seater van, for transfers outside the municipality, regulated by appointment and with a supplement to be established based on the route.

Dogs are welcome as long as they are small (max 7kg). There is a supplement of €25.00 per day, meals excluded.

They cannot access the common areas, the breakfast room, St Hubertus Restaurant and Stube Gourmet.

Check in: from 15:00 to 22:00. For arrivals before or after this time, please contact Reception
Check-out:from 8:00 to 10:00. For different requests contact the Reception
Early Check-in: €25.00, subject to availability being confirmed by Reception.
Late check-out: departure by 5pm with a supplement of €35 per room and €45 per suite.

The cost of the tourist tax is equal to €3.50 per night per person from 14 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights, except for any exemptions.

Access included in the stay from 10:00 to 20:00.
Upon reservation, for a 1.5 hour shift reserved for a single room per shift.
Relaxation oasis has: Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, cold mist, relaxation area with loungers, herbal tea area.

Brekfast: from 08:00 to 10:00
á la carte restaurant St Hubertus or Osteria Europa: 12:30 – 14:30 / 19:30 – 21:30
Chalet Europa Nature and Relax: in low season, it is open on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner.
The kitchen will be open from 11:30 to 14:30 and from 19:30 to 21:30.

STANDARD RATE:
Booking confirmation: Unless otherwise agreed, the booking is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, as provided for by Articles 1385/1386 of the Italian Civil Code.
Cancellation or no-show: In case of cancellation up to 3/15 days before arrival (depending on the season and subject to confirmation by the hotel), the deposit will be maintained; less than 15 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be retained by us. In case of no-show, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Refunds: No reductions or refunds are provided for late arrivals or meals not consumed.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
Booking confirmation: Unless otherwise agreed, the booking is considered confirmed upon payment in full of the total amount of the stay. The non-refundable rate requires advance payment of the entire amount of the stay.
The booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been received. As this is a special rate, the amount paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification of the booking.
In particular, no refund will be provided in the event of:
no-show;
arrival later than the scheduled check-in date;
early departure before the scheduled check-out date.
In the event of a shortened stay for any reason, no refund will be given for unused nights.

The Hotel is located along the main avenue of Asiago, a pedestrian area on holidays, every Saturday and during the summer and winter.
To access the Hotel more quickly, we recommend taking Via Jacopo Scajaro and then Via Fratelli Silvagni, on this street, on the right, you will find the Post Office. You can cross the no entry sign in front of the post office and then continue towards Piazzetta Pertile, right in front of the Hotel.

We will then show you where our private parking is located and will provide free parking service.
The car can be recovered at any time.
