The tourist tax is €3.50 per night per person aged 14 and over, for a maximum of 10 nights, except for the following exemptions:
a) Those registered in the registry of residents of the Municipality of Asiago
b) Minors up to the age of 14
c) Members of the police force, as well as the National Fire Brigade, who stay overnight for service needs
d) Students and staff working at the State Boarding School for the entire school year
e) disabled people

The Hotel is located along the main avenue of Asiago, a pedestrian area on holidays, every Saturday and during the summer and winter. To access the hotel more quickly, we recommend taking Via Jacopo Scajaro and following Via Fratelli Silvagni, on this street, on the right, you will find the Post Office. You can cross the ban in front of the post office and then continue towards Piazzetta Pertile, right in front of the hotel. Then we will show you where our private parking is located and we will carry out the parking service for free. The car can be recovered at any time.

Available for hotel guests, but also for external customers. Possibly by reservation, 1,5 hour shifts are guaranteed and we have: Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, chromotherapy and aromatherapy shower, relaxation area with sun beds, beauty area, treatments and massages, herbal tea area.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready by 3:00 p.m., but it is already possible to use our Wellness Center "Oasi Relax". Cabins, lockers and shower are available for our guests...
Upon departure, guests are asked to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. However, it is possible to keep the room until 5:00 p.m. with a supplement of €35 per room and €45 per suite.

Free Internet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the hotel Europa Residence.

Babysitting service can be requested at reception.

Arrival/Check-in: Unless otherwise agreed, your room or suite will be available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Please advise us for arrivals outside of these hours.
Departure/Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am.
Confirmation of reservations: Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation is considered confirmed with a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay as required by the Civil Code Art. 1385/1386.
Cancellation or no-show: In case of cancellation up to 3/15 days before arrival (depending on the season and subject to confirmation by the hotel), the deposit will be kept; less than 15 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be retained by us. In case of no-show, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
Refunds: There are no reductions or refunds for late arrivals or meals not consumed.
