Alessio is got a great personality. He's one of the valiant young “captains” who are honouring Veneto. He was awarded as the Best Emerging Chef of the “Venezie” (North East Italy- Three Regions). He worked with Corrado Fasolato at first and later with Norbert Niederkofler. He's in charge of the cuisine of the Hotel Europa Residence in Asiago: the Stube Gourmet is a new project started with him.

Even if he's very young, he's already matured a variety of important professional experiences: Trussardi at the “Scala”, at the “Calandre”, “Calandrino” for the Alajmo family and in Venice at the “Caffè Quadri”. After this important period of his life, he decided to come back to the High Plateau of Asiago, always in his heart. He started an enthusiastic collaboration with Alessio: the right combination for a romantic atmosphere at the Stube Gourmet.
